Negotiations consultant, Robert Bollar, is in his thirteenth year in association with Benedict Negotiating Seminars Inc. During this time he has trained over 3500 people with Bob Benedict's Real World Negotiating™ seminars throughout the United States, twenty-seven foreign countries and forty-two different nationalities.

Prior to his association with the Benedict Company, Robert was sales and marketing manager for Teleco Oilfield Services Inc., an international company servicing the oil industry. There he negotiated and trained others to negotiate contracts with major oil companies including Exxon, Shell, Chevron, Mobil, Conoco, Texaco, Freeport McMoRan and Amoco.

Twenty-five years of practical experience in purchasing, sales, marketing and training provides Robert with a unique perspective that helps him understand both sides of the negotiating table.

Companies where Robert has conducted training include: General Motors, Delphi Automotive, Adam Opel, Saab, Eli Lilly, Praxair Inc., Cooper Cameron, Hughes Aircraft, Honeywell, Graco, Milliken, Texas Instruments, Mead Paper, Philips Electronics, Ralston Foods, Bristol-Myers Squibb, John Deere, and many others.

As an independent consultant, Mr. Bollar is president of his own company, Peoplexcel Inc.
